Perma Banned for cussing no more than a day after people spamming "Die Korean" for an entire match

Just as the title says, some arguing and a few cusswords result in a permanent banning no more than a day after someone spammed "Die Koreans" "Die Chinese" repeatedly through the entirety of prematch and all game. Not to mention the constant bombardment of hate speech, foul mouthed talking about my mother and family. An absolute joke. Absolutely no notice of them being banned (as was typical the handful of times people I reported actually got punished). Riot may as well just dig in my pocket and steal from me. 9 out of every 10 games have people leaving, afking or spending the entirety of the match spouting homophobic or racial slurs and they take no issue with that. Absolute rip-off. DO NOT INVEST ANY MONEY IN THIS GAME. Play something else where you won't have to listen to vile hatred being spewed and they can't just absolutely steal product from you when they deem your cusswords too offensive cause some hateful troll wants to punish you for arguing back at them. I received the same language and treatment as I was giving out I just didn't file a ticket because I know nothing ever happens. Do not waste your money. Do not waste your time.

Each person is responsible for their own behavior. Instead of joining them in a shouting contest, mute, report, and move on.

I received the same language and treatment as I was giving out I just didn't file a ticket because I know nothing ever happens.

You just got done saying that you were perma-banned. Reports do cause a review of behavior.

Well, it makes it valid as no other company seems to have the right to take a product you purchase away from you due to misconduct. At the very least let's make the punishments balanced no? I would like to know that the people I have reported for using racial and homophobic slurs or aggressively telling people to kill themselves have been banned permanently as well. Certainly, those sorts of things should have a zero tolerance response.

If I am responsible for my behavior, than they should be held responsible for theirs. Ban their accounts as well and I will accept that my punishment is balanced as well. Why is blatant racism and literally telling people to "kill yourself" tolerable? At all?

Regardless, they have no insured that I will never spend a cent on any product produced by their company or that is in anyway affiliated. On top of that, I will make certain to let everyone know that they condone racism, homophobia and actions that incite or encourage violence against groups and/or oneself without punishment. In addition to that, I will encourage people to most certainly NEVER spend money on their product as it can and likely will be taken away from them for actions far less inflammatory. Riot Games: Turning a blind eye to bigotry and punishing those who respond to people who spew inflammatory filth at you. In other words, just sit and read the absolute garbage people spew at you (which you CANNOT mute pregame, or postgame) and don't defend yourself or others because that same hateful troll will report you. I am under no delusion that I can make any sort of dent in their business but I assure you, I will cost them money. The climate here is not very tolerant at all of bigots, or those who who turn a blind eye to it. DO NOT invest in the product. Use it for free and put your money into other businesses.

Where are your chat logs. I bet you did a lot more than cuss.

They didn't steal from you. They produce content in which they allow you to play. You don't have to pay, but you did. Riot owns your account. If they wanted too, they could shut down the servers in a blink of an eye and not get in any trouble because you agree to their ToS every patch.

Ah. Okay. So I'm just as bad as someone spewing racial slurs or wishing death upon a nation of people. Makes total sense. After years and years with this game and a shameful investment of money some cussing disallows me from playing something I paid for, even in private custom matches. I bet the anti Korean player is still playing though, despite me reporting them. Cause why not right?
