Riot Employees Please Look at this

While I got home from school and tried logging onto my account. I get a message saying I was permanently suspended and to look at my email address if anything was sent. Nothing. No word of my ban. Last 9 games were pre mades so it wasn't chat related. I never boosted anyone nor wanted anyone to boost me as I've been plat 5 for a few weeks. My credit card sent me nothing about a charge back. This ban was totally random and I don't want to have to start a new account for no apparent reason.

Sounds like it could be a security lock. They do this for a variety of reasons, but the only way to find out for certain is by sending a ticket to Riot Support. If you haven't done anything wrong, I wouldn't worry.

Had 2 accounts locked after sending in a ticket for a 5 minute dc due to a community wide internet reset. 30 minutes after they respond, both accounts are banned. They went from responding to the dc ticket (3 days later mind you) saying Leaverbuster is designed to punish those with system/internet issues, to 30 minutes later saying they are transferring me to another "specialist" for account verification. Have yet to hear back.

What's crazier, is you're on my friends list on my main account....

It was recovered.
