While I got home from school and tried logging onto my account. I get a message saying I was permanently suspended and to look at my email address if anything was sent. Nothing. No word of my ban. Last 9 games were pre mades so it wasn't chat related. I never boosted anyone nor wanted anyone to boost me as I've been plat 5 for a few weeks. My credit card sent me nothing about a charge back. This ban was totally random and I don't want to have to start a new account for no apparent reason.

Sounds like it could be a security lock. They do this for a variety of reasons, but the only way to find out for certain is by sending a ticket to Riot Support. If you haven't done anything wrong, I wouldn't worry.

Indeed, so send a support ticket and make sure your info is set for any questions they have.

Then you just give them as much as you possibly can. Obviously I can't be sure of exactly how they go about verifying people, but I think it would be extremely unrealistic for them to expect everyone to remember every tiny detail of every little thing done to / for their account.

I assume they ask a lot of questions so they have a broad spectrum of proof to verify you with, but I don't think that means it's impossible to get your account back if you're missing some information.

Had 2 accounts locked after sending in a ticket for a 5 minute dc due to a community wide internet reset. 30 minutes after they respond, both accounts are banned. They went from responding to the dc ticket (3 days later mind you) saying Leaverbuster is designed to punish those with system/internet issues, to 30 minutes later saying they are transferring me to another "specialist" for account verification. Have yet to hear back.

What's crazier, is you're on my friends list on my main account....
