Please, PLEASE, For the love of god! Let us hide/disable pings.

Maybe set a number of pings in a time frame or something that then allows the option to mute them. Please. The trolling has gotten so much worse since they can ping your death timer.

Story time: Unpleasant Poppy in the top lane; I don't wanna argue so I mute. I'm prone to tilt, I know it, so I use the tools available to stop it.

She spam pings my death timer the rest of the game. She spam pings my movements the rest of the game. She spam pings literally everything I do the rest of the game. Non stop ? no matter where I go. All over my screen, I even muted the game to avoid it. She was pinging exactly as often as it would let her and there was NOTHING short of quitting I could do to avoid it.

My team's reaction was a solid "meh" with the tagline "just ignore it" but it gets hard after the 300th time. It would have saved me a lot of irritation and possibly the game if I could have just silenced her pings. The tactical disadvantage is worth the piece of mind.

I've seen these threads before. I get that you think this is a slippery slope that leads to a bad place, but since most of the actual flamers are gone the trolls that remain are abusing your "technically not flaming" to try and get under our skins. Is it healthier to have people rage quitting than to have people not able to ping MIA? Can I not chose to risk that as a player? Just like if you chose not to buy a ward?

I was pumped as heck for a fun night of league but that turned that switch right off. I'm done for the night, and I severely regret the $50 RP I bought today. It feels like a waste now, instead of something cool.

Yeah yeah, toughen up or w/e, but a bad day, with a bad game, with a troll pointing it all out makes it hard to stay calm.
