This guy adds me after a game where I had to report two others for intentional feeding on my team, and since he wasn't on my team I thought he was someone from another game who liked me. I was wrong. No this guy decided that he would take it into his hands to add me and tell me to play another game, and in such a way that he intentionally planned to not be caught. I already submitted a report for harassment and stated what he did, but I wanted to take this moment to ask whether or not riot watches messages amongst people when it comes to reports, I assume they wouldn't but this was such an intentional way to harass me that I feel like a normal report is not far enough for me to go. I don't know if this is supposed to go here, and I was curious about whether I should submit a ticket about this incident or take other action besides me now blocking him.

Thank you for reading, and frankly this is a new experience to me.

As far as I know Riot does not punish anyone for personal messages since they don't want to restrict the way people personally write with each other. If someone starts to flame you after the game like that never give them the satisfaction of making you angry, tell them to fuck off and block them. I don't think a support ticket would help but you can try ofc. Just learn your lesson for the future to not give attention to such people, because that is exactly what they want.

I believe private chat is private chat. You accepted his invitation to privately chat so it is really on yourself. As soon as he starts just unfriendly him or block him. I'm fortunate to never have had it happen to me but don't worry too much he's just a sad soul.

Submit a support ticket with screenshots to Riot Support, I don't know their policy with friending to harass, but they will probably look into it. They can't tell you the result though, as that would violate the other player's privacy.

From what I understand, Riot doesn't monitor private chat messages sent between players so even if someone was harassing you, they wouldn't know about it. Again, if you believe that someone was exhibiting unsportsmanlike behavior, I would screenshot their messages and submit them in a support ticket. I'm not sure if Riot would take action against those kinds of players because they say that they can't tell you what they choose to do due to "privacy concerns". If it were me, I'd go ahead and do it anyway because it's not like you have anything to lose as long as you weren't doing anything wrong.
