How to report boosters?

Title says it all. I got a screenshot, he said in all chat that he is "smurfing" and his match history tells everything about it, too.

So, where do I send this screenshot?

Smurfing is not the same as boosting, if its his account and does not share it with anyone.

Smurfing means hes a high level playing with a low level.

It isnt against the rules.

I can say that im boosted then play very bad to piss you off. It will work and convince you would it not? Just because they had one bad game when you were there to witness it, doesn't mean they are boosted.

Look at C9 Sneaky 4/19 (or something like that. Cant find the real thing) on ashe. Boosted? No. Everyone has bad games.

Dont take the game so seriously. Have fun m8. Its a game.

Prove its not his account. You can't even if you think you can you can't. Im not saying he isn't but you will not be able to prove by your own means that he is boosting the account. TO continue:

If you think someone is playing on a friends account or just simply boosting to sell report to riot. Open a ticket send the logs/evidence you've obtained. Then request riot to check the ip's. Checking the ip is not even a true yes or no(unless it goes from america to say china in under an hr)

Boosters don't ruin the game, they just profit from it

I also, want to report one boost ... He said that this account : 24th supp its yours and supp123 is to ... He ask me 25 € to boost me from gold5 until plat5 , when i give her the money , he disappeared... and stoll me 25 €
