Dear Mr. Anonymous Red that keeps deleting my thread. This is not about player that should be reported, there is no insulting, no harassment, and no inappropriate satire toward others, and thus does not violate board rules.

While I like the idea of the remake.. your system is flawed.

I was just in a game, bought my items, walked to tower @ 45, then I got up to make my coffee. Got back to the screen @ 2:30 and started clearing waves, everyone on the team is level 3 and a player /remakes and I lose 19 LP

Edit: The player in question had also died 2x before the remake.. thought this was not possible, however, even with 2 deaths /remake was allowed.

How is this remotely fair? I want my lp back, and this 20 minute penalty lifted.

I have seen this happen 2x and now it happened to me. Not to mention, because of 3 missed queues yesterday, 2 missed queue today, and now this.. I have a 20min penalty.

Missing a queue should not be in the same category with game afk's

3 of us voted no.. but 2 is considered majority. It takes 4 to surrender a match, so why does it only take 2 to remake? Majority is Majority... Otherwise reduce the vote count to surrender so I don't have to waste 20 minutes cause some dude thinks that being on our nexus is winnable. Either way, keep some continuity in the system.

Just submit a ticket. Posting it here is useless, it wouldn't even be the right board.

I did submit a ticket, however the best area for it was in feedback. This does nothing for the "Penalties" I received because of the issue.

I also found it amusing how they were so very fast to delete the first 2 threads without a whisper of a reply, but now that I have made sure it violates no rules they say nothing.

Mods are just mods. They only enforce the forum rules. They have no say on anything related to the game.

It seems to me that the primary issue here is that you left the game, though.

Red is referring to the fact that the board mods, who do have the ability to lookup certain information, are labeled by Red usernames.

Those aren't board mods. As far as I can tell, those are Riot employees who get bored and look at our posts during lunch. If your post got deleted it was The Curator and the 3rd party board mods.

Well in any case, it would appear that nobody is going to touch this with a 10ft pole because then they might actually have to admit the system is broken..

And we all know they would never admit that, even when staring at the proof.

This is what I find to be quite annoying, if someone comes in here swearing they shouldn't be banned, they are quick to put them in their place with logs and reasons, but when something clearly should not have happened that causes an error, they are Helen Keller.

You sir obviously cannot read, or cannot comprehend the information in front of you. Either way, unless you have some clear information as to how this event occurred when the conditions were not met, then please keep quiet.

  1. Your opening quote stats that you left at the 45 second mark and came back at 2:30. That is 105 seconds you did not move so the game flaggs you as AFK at the 135 second mark or at 2:15 minutes.

  2. Urgot first death was recorded at 2:28 (according to your match history). Since that was **AFTER **the game flagged you as AFK it does not cancel the /remake.

Second question: why the fuck did you go make coffee when a ranked game had already started and then just sit at turret where you can easily die (yes, this happens a lot)? In some ways, this warrants at least one or two remakes against you. Perhaps it might teach you to pay attention to the game and actually take it seriously.

This is my question is how did I lose the LP when you can clearly see I had the exact same progress as the rest on my team. Second, the player who started the remake had already died 2x, so it shouldn't have been possible to begin with.

Yes, I went and poured a fresh cup of coffee at the beginning of the match, and no.. I was about an inch behind turret and I could hear the game, so I was in no danger of dying. But as this is a moot point.

The real issue is that there is a flaw with the system, after giving up first blood, remake is no longer available as the rules state, but it was. I was active and playing, as can be seen by the match history stats, but I was somehow marked as afk.

Those 2 issues are an obvious sign that the system can be manipulated, and thus exploited.

So let me see if I get this right..

Player A is afk until 1:31, but comes in a starts playing.

Player B dies 2x after the 1:30 mark and gets tilted.

Player B then /remake because he is behind.

Player A is now screwed because the system has a flaw?
