I use to report flamers, the last time it was a premade who told me thins like "give me next blue or I spit on your face" and "I fu** your mother" me and the rest of the team muted them after that. In other games I've been insulted for being spanish, ive been threatened and other things i always report quoting it. Until now i got no message from riot so i wonder, am I wasting my time? Do they even care in extreme cases?

Currently, the only way you'll see the "a player has bee punished message is if your report is the last one needed to trigger the punishment system.
