Permanently Banned - Please refund my friends recent gifts :)

I recently got banned (Read all about it under https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-behavior-moderation/AAhduEEA-banned-after-5-years). 1 - 2 weeks prior to the ban my mate gifted me a lot of skins spending his own money, I feel extremely bad that I got banned and will never see them again and he suffers because of it (wasting his money). I was just wondering if there's any chance league of legends would refund the recent RP that was spent on me in the form of skins back to my friend as this was not his fault. I know a lot of you are going to say well you shouldn't have been toxic. I have learned my lesson but this guy was never toxic and deserves better. I'm sorry DontBurnToast <3.

Sadly Riot has absolutely no responsibility here. Your friend gifted you something of their own volition which you can no longer utilize because of your own actions. If you think your friend deserves a refund, it should come from you and you only as it was your actions that led to the inability to utilize the gift.

Further, if Riot were to do this and/or this was a precedent, it would possibly result in abuse where a banned player refunds gifts from their friend, then their friend regifts the content to their new account.

That being said, you should submit a support ticket and they may be willing to do something as goodwill.

Well, you shouldn't have been toxic.

What your friend feels right now, that's you not respecting him. When you choose to be rude in your games, you inflict that on up to 9 other players. It would undo the lesson for you to learn here if your friend got the refund: when you ruin someone's experience, they don't get a refund either.

Actually, your friend agreed that he would be 100% not entitled to a refund at any point in time (it litterally says so as your confirming to send the gift)

The most you can do is pay him back, but other then that, your plumb out of luck, due to the fact that it was your own actions that banned you

Sometimes Riot refunds unused recent gifts. Wouldnt hurt to make a support ticket and ask.

Riot won't refund anything.

If you and your friend feel bad about it, refund it yourself. Pay him back the money he wasted on your toxic ass
