A few days ago, My account was permanently banned for verbal, but I don't think that it should have been. I was reported by someone and his friends because I was having a bad game, and he would not stop insulting me. I kept on telling him to stop talking and eventually muted him, but him and his friends still reported me, so now my account is perma-banned. Is there any way that it can be un-banned? Because I dont think that it should have been by the way that I was acting in my last game.
