A few days ago, My account was permanently banned for verbal, but I don't think that it should have been. I was reported by someone and his friends because I was having a bad game, and he would not stop insulting me. I kept on telling him to stop talking and eventually muted him, but him and his friends still reported me, so now my account is perma-banned. Is there any way that it can be un-banned? Because I dont think that it should have been by the way that I was acting in my last game.

Post chat logs when you get them in your email. It's not very likely a rioter will post on here.

Just because they're throwing insults at you doesn't mean you have to dish it right back at them. At that point, you only put yourself in jeopardy. You can be the better person in the situation by simply muting them; just play your game. And yeah, it may suck that chat communication gets a bit dashed should they stop. But at least you remove yourself from any further verbal aspect.

Plus just because they were toxic, doesn't mean you have to be toxic as well.

You get judged by your toxicity, they get judged by theirs.

Riot has a zero tolerance policy towards the use of racial slurs. This punishment is certainly deserved.

You can't see what anyone else said because it doesn't matter what anyone else said. You are free to mute people, mute their pings, etc. in return for them being toxic, but you are not permitted to retaliate with more toxicity.

Further, the use of slurs as you did is unacceptable and leads to escalated punishments.

Name calling (especially that %%%%), being negatively aggressive with your teammates & report calling. Those seem worthy enough of your permaban.

My advice to you is if you still plan to continue League, drop this account & create a new one.
