Permanently banned, no email

My account was just permanently banned. The last suspension I received was a 14 day ban a few months ago, and since then I've been very wary of typing in chat. I didn't receive an email, and the account was abruptly banned after a super positive game. I was hoping I could get some clarification from a Rioter here.
