So with the new hextech crafting system, I was banned before it came out and now it says that I cant receive loot? Is this permeant now? From what I have read on the forums it is, I was only banned for I think 1 or 2 weeks? and it was the first time. So now I cant participate in this system ever?!?!?!?!?! Wtf riot, that's bs is that is the case. If anyone knows of a way to fix this then please feel free to tell me ,I would really love to know, thank you in advance
We're working on putting out a better explanation for this. For players that are punished by the Instant Feedback system and work off the punishment, they will still be restricted from earning Hextech chests or keys for a period while the system ensures that they have reformed their behavior. There is no fixed interval here - if you continue to play with sportsmanlike behavior, you'll eventually get back into good standing. We're looking into making a player's status more clear/visible to help avoid this kind of confusion.
btw, if you continue your toxic behavior, your next punishment will be a permaban (assuming you had a 14-day ban).
