I believe I was unjustly perma banned. This is the entire chat log copy and pasted, unedited.

Padawan: 6 camps have been taking Padawan: stfu <- at this point nasus was flaming me very hard. This sort of counts as cussing towards him I guess. Note: My team was very upset that I was being a baby. Was a super rough game for me. They ganged up on me and all reported me at the end of the game. The ban bot saw that I cussed at him and perma banned me.

Summary: I cussed at Nasus once, said stfu once, and called him a disgrace. These are the three triggers that caused my permanent ban. It's about 1/5 of what Nasus said to me, but I do not have his chat logs to share.

I was 14-day banned a month ago. No prior chat restrictions or bans before this. This 14 day banned was issued because I told a very mean, very toxic player to "kys", which is definitely bannable and I hold myself entirely accountable for my actions. However, this time around I kept that mind and thought I improved greatly. I suppose not; it's like walking on twigs. Worse thing is that I would never cuss at someone unless they tried hard to provoke me, and that's what he did. The Nasus deliberately attempted to push my buttons to see me break, as if he was engaging in psychological warfare. I am not even sure that he got any sort of penalty, but because of his heavy toxicity and my swearing in response, plus him getting the rest of the team to report me since I was annoying and crying all game like a little kid, all made the bot perma ban me in 5 seconds.

Thoughts? I put in a support ticket yesterday but haven't gotten a response back.

Lol, so many of you people come here playing the victim. You got a 14 day ban just 1 month ago and you're already back at it. You deserve the ban and are delusional if you don't think you.

Most of the game was spent verbally harassing Nasus and calling him out, along with asking for reports.

Only a single report is necessary to flag the game for review. There is no need to ask for additional ones.

This type of chat eventually and over many games will lead to a chat restriction... under normal conditions.

However, the account is not under normal conditions...

^This 14-day ban means the account is in bad standing.

The 14-day ban notification also explicitly warns the player that any punishment afterwards will result in a permanent ban.

Thus the permanent ban which resulted from the above logs.

Why does it matter what Nasus was doing. This is completely irrelevant to your behavior.

This is all of what I found to be unacceptable in your game. If you'll notice, this chat is mostly directed toward one other player.

It only takes one report to trigger a review of one's chat. The number of reports does not affect whether you are punished. So these parts:

are inaccurate. You were punished for harassing another player.

It should definitely feel like that after a 2-week ban. Any punishments without improvement can get you permanently banned. But you've got a support ticket started up, and only they can do anything regarding your account. Let us know how it goes.

Saying one toxic thing that isn't a triggered autoban word isn't bannable. So right. I've done the exact same thing (except I dont ask for reports--that's fucking stupid). You're allowed to cuss. You can even call someone bad.
ONCE. You're allowed to snap. But if you lose control and start spamming and arguing, or you type a flagged word, THEN You get punished. You see, usually when you want to call someone out, what do you do? Do it all in one sentence and then shut the fuck up? no. Look at 95% of all the chat logs crying about bans? What do you see?

  1. banned words "kys, f*ggot, N(racist word), etc
  2. spam and insults. (AND).

I just looked it up, and the user -redacted- who was the Nasus has been playing game after game since then. He got off scot free it seems.

I'll be honest here. It wasn't that you cussed out Nasus. One cuss sentence will not trigger a ban even if you're on thin ice. Unless you say a banned flag word, one sentence will never trigger a ban. What got you banned was spamming chat plus toxicity. Cussing can not trigger an automatic ban because otherwise the chat filter would have no reason to exist, plus there would not be a helptip that says "A CHAT FILTER IS NOT AN EXCUSE TO EXCESSIVELY CURSE". Note the word EXCESSIVELY.

If you had called Nasus a stupid ass gay asshole" and said nothing else all game, while the ensuing report would slow you down from getting your honor back, you would not get punished. But you typed other things....
