Who am I talking to on these boards?

So every once in a while, I like to visit the boards, specifically the gameplay section. I usually go on there to see if anybody has questions or ideas about strategy, builds, skill orders, and things like that so that I can chime in and add my piece or answer a question that I might know the answer to. I've been playing League since April of season three, so about four years. I feel like I have a lot to give and I feel like I know the game pretty thoroughly enough to be active on these kinds of topics. However, the issue is that almost every post I see on the gameplay board, and most others, is something like, "riot needs to fire their balance team", or, "why can't (insert champion) get a buff!?". Then I read those posts to see if they have any substance to them and they just usually don't. It almost always turns out to be somebody complaining that something in the game doesn't perfectly fit their agenda or playstyle, or it's just something that is annoying to that person. This bugs me a lot because it sounds like things that a young teenager would write about. You know, something that doesn't have a great deal of substance, something that was hastily posted, and doesn't have a lot of research or "bullet points" to back up the idea or argument. So my question to the active community on the boards is this: Who am I talking to? Is it all kids and/or highschoolers? Are some members of the community intelligible enough to hold an actual conversation or debate with? That is all.
