Unfair game

So today i was playing a ranked game as viktor mid. At 10 minutes in, our adc has 2 cs. Our support morgana decides that she cant handle it and starts feeding and everyone else stars feeding too. Realizing there is no point in the game anymore, I don't want to feed so I sit in the fountain until the game ends. The game ends and I get a leaverbuster...

In a troll game you just go farm the jungle and don't type in chat at all. Everyone is gonna get reported in that type of game anyway, so just be quiet and go camp krugs and wolves.

On paper I would love to have something like this. Unfortunately, I see WAY too little effort being put into distinguishing between intentional feeding and playing poorly.
