so i had a jinx afk because of his support intentionally feeding then i say why tilt ur duo Q then he ALL Chats says im toxic then im getting 9 reports already so why continue to play and i get banned explain that one.

The number of reports do not matter. All reporting does is flag an account to be reviewed. This way a premade of 4 cannot gang up on you and report you until you're permabanned. I will say, however, that saying, "why tilt ur duo Q" doesn't really help matters. If that Jinx is getting trolled they are probably frustrated and what you said seems provocative. It's best just mute them and report after.
.... if people are stupid enough to report someone because someone says "report X person" then it's a problem. Having been in games where people say "Report X" I will ask them why.. typically they don't answer, and I don't report.
Deep Breath... Calm down... if you weren't toxic... then the reports won't matter...
If he's being toxic... report and know something will be done soon.
Then, so that you can be better, check out youtube and mobafire to play adc a bit better. I've 2v1'd a lot as Jinx and carried supports plenty. It's hard, but not that bad. Jinx is a great adc to come from behind or 2v1, her kit is awesome for it. Chill though, those guys being jerks to you because you're in a bad place and they aren't helping you just being jerks... can be reported and something WILL eventually be done about them.
