Incorrect, thats actually why League's community is trash currently. Because of people like you who believe that statement is true....

Keeping your mouth shut does stop punishments from being implaced but what about your actions? im talking about Split Pusher, People who build wrong items, Non-accepted champions for variety of roles and even worse just trolls who barley try, at that point these people dont get punished because they "keep there mouth closed".

Sure, there are plenty of constructive ways to handle those situations, but when people know they have a tendency to sometimes go off the deep end, well, there is no harm in just zipping those lips and keeping it cool.

You should follow suit if you think its a good idea. It's sad to know that you cant take criticism if you follow that flawed saying. Don't want to hurt peoples feelings now cause you cant say anything critical because its not nice LOL. I can see you also dont like improvement.

You can catch more fly's with a drop of honey....

The point is that if you can't find a constructive way to voice your concerns about the game play of your teammates with out getting reported. Maybe keeping quiet is your best option. I don't know why people just toss away their accounts just because they couldn't use a little self control in tight situation in a video game.

You start getting your rewards back once you regain honor levels. I believe you'll passively gain honor from level 0 to level 1, at which point you'll get the capability to get rewards back.

Valid reports will slow down the progress and getting honored (preferably by people outside your premade) will likely speed up the progress.
