Hello, I got a ban for 14 days and during it, I got another ban, this time permanently. Ban for 14 days had logs from 3 games, and the permaban had one game in logs, the last one I played. Is this an error in the banning system?
Maybe.
Submit a support ticket to inquire why the escalation to perm when you haven't served out the 14 day yet.
It sounds like the system double-dipped on the punishment. If you send a ticket into support, they (probably) will revert it to a 14-day ban.
Assuming I'm reading the situation correctly, the IFS applied a punishment while you were in game (it waits until a game ends to apply it). Then, the last game you played after the system declared a punishment and before it went into effect ALSO triggered a punishment from the Instant Feedback System. Because you "had not reformed from a 14-day ban", it escalated to the next tier of punishment: a permanent ban.

From the title, I understand that you got a 14 day ban and during that punishment, you got a permaban.
From the body, I understand that you got a 14 day ban with 3 games as chatlogs, then permabanned after playing 1 game after the permaban ended.
So is it either of these scenarios? Or is it some other scenario where both scenarios happened? It's rare but can happen.
