Talking about reporting players in game.

As many of you know its kinda common that someone from your team calls out to report this player, maybe the jungler or the adc. Who knows really its always against the one who they thinks is doing a bad job and is the reason to why they lose. I really whis i could report players for being so mean as to call out report exc the jungler in chat. The reason to this is because i feel like in 50% of my games someone always says to report someone from the team from having a bad game. And anyone else feels like reporting players for calling out to report you or someone else on random? I just hope riot can do something about this as i feel like its an in game harassment against the target player.
