i Do not think reporting people works

Today i encountered a duo in one of my games , aniva ( ) and trundle ( ) . Where they did nothing but harrass own team mates but from start to finish, following everyone around and use there abilities to block us in fights to kill us and stop us from any movement from backing to base to just everything. I am really upset that this game has come down to ruining others play experience . i reported both but i know nothing will happen. not impressed.

so what now ? just let these people create accounts to just harass people ? i guess its fun so maybe i start a troll account ?what do you guys think ?

Have you seen how many people post on these boards about being punished by the system?

for chat

Board presence is not representative. People who are banned for griefing generally know that their behavior isn't acceptable, and so don't have to come to the boards for clarification when they get banned.

"Have you seen how many people post on these BOARDS about being punished by the system?"

Yes. People posting on the boards about their chat ban is concrete, easily-referenced evidence that people have been punished for chat. So when someone comes in with a generic complaint about reports being useless and no one ever being punished for bad behavior, it's easy to point to the boards for an untold number of players who did, in fact, receive punishments for bad behavior.

However, it does not logically follow that no posts means no punishments for other reasons. If, say, 98% of the posts about being punished are from players punished for chat, that doesn't mean that 98% of all punishments are chat-related.

OP obviously asked about gameplay related offenses, if you just read the post, you can find it out.

After this the guy said, that we can see posts crying about being banned, but it is totally irrelevant to OP, since he did not ask about chat offenses and on the Boards we almost only see these.

I have no idea why are you trying to argue with me, when you clearly do not even understand why i wrote my original 2 words...

You are right, no posts on the Boards does not mean that there are no punishments. Also, posts about chat related punishments again mean nothing about gameplay ones.

Gatekeeper's comment was just totally pointless, what i tried to point out with mine.

The message sent is not always the message received. Perhaps some additional context would have made the intent of those two words clearer.

Few things.

  1. no name and shame. There is no reason to post their names no matter what you might think.

  2. they work just fine. Send a support ticket about them with a link to the game that they were doing the trolling in and report them individually.

ok thank you for your feedback

Yeah, the support ticket i use for gameplay based griefing, or extreeemee verbal (which a regular report usually catches just fine) but for more minor verbal i tend to not waste the time with a support ticket. Its not good to overwhelm the support team with trivial things that a bot can catch.... because then they can focus more on the gameplay ones and get those people outta here.

You should probably delete the names since I think it's against the board rules to have them in the post.
