Losing lp for afks

I hate how the ranked system works. So many times ill be on a win streak and then you get a salty person that dies 3 times In 5 minutes and then just leaves. Now, its a 4v5, someone is already fed on the other team and you have a slim to none chance of winning. You need to stop penalizing people for having these teammates, it feels pointless because everytime you get 90+ lp it feels like you always get these people in your games. Riot really needs to fix this especially for lower elo players it makes it next to impossible to climb when you lose all your progress to 1 salty person.
