My friend got banned

So my friend got banned for using scripts,(I know I know its bad) I know he used scripts he showed me. He got perma banned and now he realized his mistake. He has been depressed lately too because hes main account with 700 or so dollars in it got banned and he has played over 600 hours on the game(about 25 days). My friend(Backreker is his summoner name) and me always play together and then he tried to play a joke with the scripts but he got banned I don't know how he will get his account back, but if he cauld possibly get the 700 dollars back he would probably be less depressed.

It is not possible to get the account unbanned if he was legitimately banned for scripting, and refunds will not be given for an account lost by violating the Terms of Use. There is zero tolerance of cheating, it's completely unfair to everyone else and ruins the game.

He won't get the account back and he won't get the money back. Sorry. Riot (and many other game companies) have a zero tolerance policy on cheating. Its very clearly spelled out in the terms of use. If he wants he can make a new account but he's not getting his banned account back.

He can't get his account nor the money spent back. Riot will never do chargebacks on accounts that have been banned, even if your friend is depressed because ultimately there is no way for you to prove it.

You cannot get your money back.

You admit (or he does) to cheating. The system detected it and thus a permanent ban was issued. You are not going to get your account back, period.

You will be unable to get your money back, except for maybe one of the most recent charges if you decide to be a scumbag and dispute it with your credit card company or bank. Regardless of what actions you take, you will not get your money back and you will not get your account back.

"getting the money back" is either fraud or theft. you got what you payed for. you used it the wrong way and broke it. taking the money back is not a thing.

Terms of use my friend, and everyone knows scripting gets you banned. Just start a new account and never do that again. We make mistakes in life, we learn from them
