The Instant Feedback System

Hello,

Recently I was given a 14 day account suspension on League of Legends because of "Inflammatory Remarks." After playing this game for 3 years this is my first account suspension. I was actually suspended because of cursing in game. I don't think it's fair that the instant feedback system only deals with the person being reported and here's why. It says it was over the course of 3 games and in those three games some toxic things were said. However over that course of 3 games it wasn't just me who started harassing people. For instance in the first game it notes that I'm playing Xin Zhao and my Varus dies in the jungle. He instantly starts harassing me because he dies. Naturally I retaliate and do something about him flaming me. In response I muted my entire team to try to avoid being toxic but later decide to unmute them so I can see what's being said. All I can read is "Report Xin for not helping." even though I'm not a miracle worker who can fix a lost. Them feeding early game caused the loss and all I can do is play. So I continue to play and farm in the jungle still reading "Report Xin" over and over again till eventually I snap and respond to them. Instead of actually seeing that they started the flame and caused me to react the instant feedback system saw them as the victims and me as the problem. I'll admit me reacting in such an angry way didn't help the situation but if the game is going to see what I said then it should also take into consideration what was said to cause what happened. It's Irritating to be suspended for just cursing and someone clicking the 3 easiest things to report someone for. For me to not deal with being reported for flame should I just ignore communication with my team to fix the issues? or should I just let people harass me and hope instant feedback will do something about it. The game before the two players on their team their Lee Sin and Yorick were on my team and I didn't have any issues with them playing the exact same champion. Now however playing the exact same way I'm flamed, harassed and suspended?! That's ridiculous. All I wanted was to be able to play ranked and have fun after hopping off to cool down and I come back to a suspension that I can't do anything about. I'm not Tyler1 I didn't intentionally feed and run it down mid lane. All I did was respond with equal toxicity and got suspended for it and that isn't ok. Instant suspension shouldn't just take the Plaintiffs report as fact they should also see what they did to cause the issue.

This may have been all over the place because I'm upset after this happened but please give me some feedback if possible. Thank you.
