Account Being Suspended Permanatly

Dear Riot, I have recently been permanently banned for talking in game chat and it was judged harshly. I have seen people who are worse than me have nothing happened to them at all or they just get perm muted and I don’t think it’s very fair that I get sent straight to perma ban and I don’t even get a chance to just be perma muted. Me like a lot of other players have spent 100s of dollars on this game and I don’t think it’s fair that I don’t even get a chance to just be perma muted like a lot of other people do. I know you aren’t going to look at my emails I’ve sent you or try to do anything about it but I figured I should at least try and get my banned turned into a perma mute instead of just letting my account go that I’ve had for what seems like ever.
