Ridiculous Ban

So to give you context I got camped in a d4/d3 game from the minutes 4 to 8 by a xin and a twisted fate 3 times. I asked for ganks but got none. I asked for roams but also got none. I then pinged rengar multiple times to gank bot or mid to get them stronger as I was behind but he obviously did nothing. I obviously expected more from rengar as this was a diamond game so I would think he would atleast exert a decent amount of pressure on the map. At this point I was getting angry at both of them but remained to not say anything. When they both started flaming me for apparently "trolling" when a twisted fate hiding in the bush that my midlaner didn't ss for dived me with a fed jax obviously you would get really angry. I talked back to them but I didn't flame them. All I did was complain that they did nothing for the whole game and they complain about me "pushing" when the enemy team is diving me. This went on for a bit however once the only fed one in my team died I went "ff this game" because It was clear and obvious it was a loss and team seemed to agree however being flamed by a midlaner and a jngler, being called "retarded" even while trying your best not to get tilted from being camped and never helped is definitely hard. We lost the game and after, I got perma banned. Obviously I had games before where I got a 2 week suspension but those were genuinely toxic. The most I did that was considered "flaming" is calling my midlaner and jngler useless. Apart from that all I did was complain and argue about their flame against me which is NOT the same as being toxic. I got banned after 1 game which I think means it got escalated as it typically is 3 games and not 1 but I dunno. This game and company is completely fucking ridiculous man. You have 1 bad game with 2 assholes and you're trying not to flame the hell out of them but not only do you get put with these people and have a bad game while being flamed but your account also gets suspended. Fuck this game I'm out.

You don't get banned from one game's worth of flaming, you have to have a history of it which means you had prior punishments, on that note, you spent the entire game harping on your allies, what did you expect?

here's the thing complaining and flaming are 2 different things. Plus I was talking about how most people typically have 3 games in their chat logs to see however I had one so I would think they escalated my punishment. You can't just compare "harping on your allies" to "flaming" when talking about permabanning an account. It can't be fucking vague. Especially since accounts can be worth a lot of money. It's ridiculous to just be "oh yeah that's close enough to flaming so it's considered flaming" like wtf.

You spent the ENTIRE game being negative, in your first six lines you are already begging for FF, that does nothing but bring down the team's morale.

While it isn't outright flame, you are being passive aggressive just for the sake of stirring up anger in your team for no reason at all. Being pissed about people not playing optimally is fine, but you don't need to just attempt to dismantle your team along with you.

If this was a permaban, that tells me you have a history getting banned and refused to change, sorry man, you brought this on yourself.

It wasn't the entire game. I didn't talk to them but I communicated fairly with pings. Just like how my jungler wanted to invade early so I pushed and invaded with him and we even tried to go to mid to get a kill. Like I said It was fine until they flamed me. All I did was defend myself. The only "flame" is me calling them useless which may could be considered "passive aggressive" but not enough to not have a "Game 2" or "Game 3" like what the hell.

They sent the only chat log that triggered the behaviour since the 2 week punishement. Engaging in "childish arguments" isn't the same as flaming mate. Someone flamed me and I just defended myself. If they didn't flame me I wouldn't even speak with them. Simple as. Like I said I didn't flame them but they flamed me. I didn't call them anything apart from being useless to the game. Pings Is for communication gameplay information not chat. You can use chat for such purpose however chat is more over used for social interactions. You say engaging in such a "childish" behaviour lowers team morale but what does that even do if the game is already lost and you're being flamed at. "Oh but I need to not talk to increase my team's morale". Why would I be enthusiastic about assholes that ruined my game while also flaming me. You're sounding like you wanna be the "white knight" of league however be fucking realistic. You're talking like the game could still be won. If my whole team agreed to surrender at 15 before 15 minutes even occurred and before I even said "ff the game" then there's no point. This isn't silver where games could come back. The chances of us coming back are too slim to the point that the effort is too high to get such little outcome. A 14/2 Jax at 17 minutes while no other lanes are won? and other lanes are also fed (including jungle) with a midlaner and jngler flaming you 24/7 for being camped. Maybe just think about that mate. Plus they don't only send the last chat log since previous banned accounts have "Game 1", "Game 2" and "Game 3" just like how I had with my 2 week suspension so clearly that's a lie.
