Riots Hack Detection system picked me up when I didn't hack? HELP ME PLEASE!!!
My account has been permanently banned due to use of hacks even though I've not used hacks at all.
Riot have emailed me saying that their client has picked me up and after further investigation of my account they have concluded that my account was in fact hacking. This is all lies. I don't have a clue how my account has been picked up for hacking since I've never hacked in my life. Riot Support being the worst support in the entire world has refused to communicate properly and take a very long time to reply with the same things. Eg.

Every single email is the same, they think I've actually hacked and won't even look into my case. It makes me so angry because I haven't even used hacks at all. I've played since season 2 and I've spent around £400 on my account yet riot has falsely picked up my account for hacking and has instantly prema-banned my account and won't give me any proof of what they have picked me up for because since I am 100% positive I've not hacked at all I want to see what the hell they have picked me up for.
Hopefully there is someone else out there with the same problem as me, because if I was picked up for hacking when I didn't hack, surely there are other summoners that have been banned for hacking that haven't hacked either.
