Riots Hack Detection system picked me up when I didn't hack? HELP ME PLEASE!!!

My account has been permanently banned due to use of hacks even though I've not used hacks at all.

Riot have emailed me saying that their client has picked me up and after further investigation of my account they have concluded that my account was in fact hacking. This is all lies. I don't have a clue how my account has been picked up for hacking since I've never hacked in my life. Riot Support being the worst support in the entire world has refused to communicate properly and take a very long time to reply with the same things. Eg.

Every single email is the same, they think I've actually hacked and won't even look into my case. It makes me so angry because I haven't even used hacks at all. I've played since season 2 and I've spent around £400 on my account yet riot has falsely picked up my account for hacking and has instantly prema-banned my account and won't give me any proof of what they have picked me up for because since I am 100% positive I've not hacked at all I want to see what the hell they have picked me up for.

Hopefully there is someone else out there with the same problem as me, because if I was picked up for hacking when I didn't hack, surely there are other summoners that have been banned for hacking that haven't hacked either.

Most of the people who got banned for hacking did not hack, they simply did things like elo boosting, where the party who boosted them were using hacks. So did you share your account information at any time?

I got hacked a while back and riot failed to get my account back for some time, so after a while I gave up. I came back to league of legends and messaged riot and I was able to get my account back.

I've never shared my account details with anyone.

I've never been boosted I've always been in silver.

You should bring that up with support. If you really didn't use any third party software and you were hacked then that is almost guaranteed to be the cause. They might still not doing anything about it, though. Keeping your account secure is your responsibility.

The thing is I stopped playing league and when I came to play it I couldn't log on and my account had been transferred to another rejoin, then I tried to get it back and couldn't get it back. Then I came back weeks later and tried to get my account back and then I finally got it back. I know the support for league is horrible like they don't listen and they don't help (90% of the time), I wish there was a live chat so I'd be able to have an actually conversation with someone and not seem like I'm getting pied off with an automated response every single time.

If you told support your account was compromised, they have a record of that. This is one of the cases that you actually can get your account back for.

This. Can you show any screenshots of any tickets you've opened in regards to your account being compromised?

From the looks of it, someone else was on his account on Sept. 24th, Oct. 9th, and Oct 11th.

Because, it seems rather obvious when you start using champions you haven't used before or since, and when your summoner spells are swapped.
