I just went into a ranked game where the rakan ran down mid killing himself up to 19 time in the process while calling the enemy team to buy dark seal... he did some game like that and I believe the automatic system won't be fast enough
Is there a way to report people via support ticket or other way to ban these player faster?
Not anymore, people started doing that because their automatic feedback system doesn't work at all. So, Riot realized how much work they'd have to put in and said if you send a ticket to report that no action will be taken and it will be discarded. Basically, it isn't their problem and they don't care.
You can report for inting in post game lobby.
You can report them in the end game lobby and also through a support ticket if you exited quickly out of frustration and forgot to report them in the client.
support ticket is even slower than the instant feedback system.
