Instant 14 Day Ban

Okay, so I've received a 14 Day Ban for this. Note that after I said: "hexdrnikier zed" cause he died 3 times in a row vs kat, he told me to stfu. Maybe I shouldn't have responded in the way I did, but come on, this guy kept provoking me telling me I'm bad and that he is carrying. Him being 6/11/10, me 17/2/15. I'm not sure but this is the one game where i got pissed off just because I adviced him to get a hexdrinker and he told me to stfu, and appearently this is the only game that got me a 14 day ban. No history of bans, no mutes, not a warning, instant 14 day ban. Seems to me like something is wrong here. You probably wont sympathize with me just for what I said, but I'm curious to know what you think. I did report zed that game, but appearently he didn't get a ban.

From context, it looks like you used hate speech towards someone. Riot has a zero tolerance policy for extreme toxicity such as encouraging suicide and hate speech.

Looks to me like hate speech, rank-shaming, and overall being a jerk. Also, the "I was provoked" excuse is not viable, since there is no element of danger here. In real life, if someone pulls a knife on you and threatens to kill you, you have the right to pull out a gun in self-defense. In League of Legends, there's nothing to defend yourself from. You can just mute the person and carry on with your life.

Have you ever stopped to think why your ego is so fragile that you feel the need to engage in a verbal argument with someone that is, at best, not serious, and at worst, purposely trying to bait you into this exact sort of behavior?

If you're crushing him that hard, why do you need to respond to him at all? Let your score speak for you.
