I've been playing with my cousin for 2 years. got him into this game. played most likely 80 to 85% of the games hes played total with him. Today, he was permabanned. WHAT THE FACK???

  1. He's never been chat restricted
  2. He's never been banned
  3. He's never even been warned. He may not be the greatest player but he certainly isn't a troll nor is he even inflammatory in chat ( like I said never even been warned one time)
  4. He doesn't bot/cheat.

so...wtf reason do you have Riot to permaban him? I'd really love to know the logic on this one. Summoner name= Inada

I can't talk about anything related to another player's account without their permission.

However, you can tell them everything should be outlined in an email. They need to open a player support ticket.

I made a long post here discussing various issues with the current behavioral system: http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-behavior-moderation/pNE9Gnm8-my-ideas-on-how-to-fix-various-stressful-and-behavior-issues-in-the-game

Would you mind taking a look?

I think there's a lot of flaws with the current system with the biggest being:

  1. After you get suspended for 2 weeks, you basically have to play in fear of your account getting banned after a bad game. And let me tell you, in blind pick, where every champ becomes a support and where people don't care, it's real easy to have issues.

  2. The game creates a lot of situations that are going to cause tension

  3. It is much more dangerous to be the one reacting to the negative player than being the actual negative player.

Your friend would have been given an email explaining the cause of the ban. If that cause happened to be verbal, he would've been given chat logs.

If the cause is verbal, no one will give their support/not until those logs are posted for people to see for themselves.

Maybe he got boosted

Things that can cause permban with zero warning: scripting, attempted hacking/client mods, boosting, getting your account phished and used to spam scams on the forums.
