Literally every match i play in there is FEEDER or a AFK like seriously and then riot doesnt even ban these fools when they get reported we need a new system in place for players like this #plzstopqueingmewithidiots

Are they intentionally feeding or just feeding because bad?

If bad, why should they punish players for being bad?
