Some dead account with specific ID
Hi summoners
Have you guys ever met the case when you are trying to change your ID and found that the ID you want is holden by a random lv1 account or an account that bardly played? I am so sick with that.

I want "any of the champs bot" ik some "bot" names are really being used, annie bot mostly, but like... bots for champs like ryze is never used...
if an account isn't active for a few months or so, their name can be taken.
