Got permanently banned while my cousin used my account , I have hundreds of dollars and hours invested in this account. You're basically giving me no option to get it back? Why not just delete chat to those who are no capable of using in a correct manner. They were instigating the toxic talk as well , even though I have a history of being toxic I should atleast be able to get it back in a longer period of time then the old normal 2 week ban.

First, letting other people use your account is punishable by permban anyway, as far as i know.
Second, you are entirely responsible for this and should not let an untrustworthy person use your account, the first issue nonwithstanding.
Third, i suggest roasting your (hypothetical?) cousin.
Permanent bans are permanent, unless you can give proof the ban is unwarranted, which in this case you definitely cant, without just getting banned for something else. Make a new account, be smarter this time.

Unfortunately, account-sharing itself is an offense that merits a permanent ban, as per the Terms of Use. So behavior notwithstanding, the ban would likely stand.

So you broke two rules, but somehow you believe you deserve another chance? If you been playing for this long you should know not only are you responsible for the account, but that you should never give your account information to anyone, let alone let someone use it. But also toxicity gets your ban. Plus how can Riot believe that you let your "cousin" on the account? You cannot prove that unless you have video evidence. I mean people use this excuse all the time.
If anything Riot can unban the account because of the toxicity, but then they would just ban it again for account sharing which is an automatic permaban!

So this is a thread of a toxic fellow who doesn't believe they should be perma'd because they spent money in the game.
I got perma banned for being toxic thats a lil over the top i put my hard working money in this game (300-400)but for a toxic person to flame me and the team flame me because i wouldnt gank a feeding lane is ridiculous i tell them to back up and being like wtf are u doing is reason for perma ban come on riot but no worriest last penny you will take from me but still gives u no right to ban a person for being toxic its a competitive game people will be toxic no matter what ether take chat or fix your perma ban untill then hope mobile legeands steals your profits
Today was 1 of my baddest days in league everygame FLAMER. So u got perma ban. This means u had bans before to get perma ban. So you deserve. A perma ban player should not be able to get unban.
