Got permanently banned while my cousin used my account , I have hundreds of dollars and hours invested in this account. You're basically giving me no option to get it back? Why not just delete chat to those who are no capable of using in a correct manner. They were instigating the toxic talk as well , even though I have a history of being toxic I should atleast be able to get it back in a longer period of time then the old normal 2 week ban.

First, letting other people use your account is punishable by permban anyway, as far as i know.
Second, you are entirely responsible for this and should not let an untrustworthy person use your account, the first issue nonwithstanding.
Third, i suggest roasting your (hypothetical?) cousin.
Permanent bans are permanent, unless you can give proof the ban is unwarranted, which in this case you definitely cant, without just getting banned for something else. Make a new account, be smarter this time.

You were banned for how you responded, not for being attacked. You could have muted them and moved on with your day, or you could have replied to them in a civilized manner, but you decided to drop to their level and you both got what you deserved for that.
It has nothing to do with the number of reports or who reports first, as the chat gets looked at by an automated system.

Anything that's worthy of a 10 game chat restriction is worthy of a permaban if you keep it up long enough. I'm assuming it was for chat that your account got banned because of how often you referenced the idea of removing chat.

Riot promised you RP in exchange for money, but made it perfectly clear in the Terms of Service you agreed to every single patch for 4 years straight that you did not own the content. They also told you what would result in account termination.
Riot delivered the RP every single time, holding up their end of the agreement. It's you who broke the agreement.

so it goes from frequent 2 week bans to a perma ban? They never tried giving me a perma chat restriction. Even if others couldn't use it , it should be in the system between those two bans , im heart broken even if i didn't act right imagine if your account was taken away from u with all your memories

Unfortunately, account-sharing itself is an offense that merits a permanent ban, as per the Terms of Use. So behavior notwithstanding, the ban would likely stand.

Riot actually tried a permanent chat restriction in the past -- it didn't have a high success rate, as many of the players with it either found it amusing to see how high they could stack it, or found other ways to be toxic. While I understand it may work for you personally, Riot decided the low success rate wasn't worth the system's continued existence, and cut the experiment.
As for removing chat entirely? You could, but I believe Riot is operating on the basis that it has enough money -- it doesn't need people playing the game if the only way they can be civil is to be denied the ability to communicate at all. That's their choice, and one that I doubt we could reverse -- even if some of us didn't agree with it.

To be civil? This isn't about Riot , frankly they could go on without a lot of us. This is about how i love the game and since I can't act how they want me to they are banning me from stuff i've paid for even if I don't own it , can't they see i supported them

They definitely can. However, it's been stated MANY times that supporting Riot does not exempt you from any of the Account or Behavioral requirements, and doesn't factor in to whether or not an account merits punishment.

If you been playing for this long you should know not only are you responsible for the account, but that you should never give your account information to anyone, let alone let someone use it. But also toxicity gets your ban. Plus how can Riot believe that you let your "cousin" on the account? You cannot prove that unless you have video evidence. I mean people use this excuse all the time.
If anything Riot can unban the account because of the toxicity, but then they would just ban it again for account sharing which is an automatic permaban!

Toxicity of that level frequently should justt end in removing chat, if u ban players for a week , two weeks or for ever they will make a smurf and be even more toxic to newer players and will have no concern for their actions because they haven't invested. These rules are taken too serious. How can they lock me away from my investment for talking in ways they don't agree with. Just remove chat or give them a chance over a period of time to reclaim
