banned for scripting , support not helping

i was banned for scripting. Riot support is not helping me in any way so my last hope is to post it here . while the guy i've spoken to said this "I have reviewed the case of your suspension and though I want to help you, I'm afraid that the suspension is 100% accurately placed and I can neither remove or modify it." "Our detection is very accurate, and it doesn't get you banned for having a script, just for using one." and here i am able to swear on my mother's life i did not use any programmes or scripts . Played on the account for 5 years , have almost all champions , and now it is permanently banned because ''i scripted '' ? Anyways i scanned my pc for viruses 2 days before ban , so it could of not been that . League is a big part of my life , and i spent like 5000 avg. game times on this account , why would i even risk getting banned just to script on it xD?

I mean I'm not sure how we can help. You contacted Riot support and they helped you the best they could. They even double checked it and still came to the conclusion that you used some type of 3rd party program. I mean it's hard to trust you when almost everyone who comes here claims the same exact thing. Unless you have evidence to back up your claim there is nothing we can do!

One, there is no picture. Two, using ANY THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE IS USE-ON-YOUR-OWN-RISK. Maybe you used other software that system identified as scripts and flagged you for it? But you don't get flagged for nothing, mate.

Wait they said it's THOSE games that got you banned? Or are you assuming it's those games? If you scroll down further on your match history there's a series of mostly Caitlyn games where the flash is swapped, so maybe whoever that was used scripts? It's all on the same day too.

You need to post the picture in the post field too, if you only post it in the field above it will show in the title but not inside the actual post.

Dude riot cant ban someone for nothing. You obviously did something wrong. Btw third party software. Wink wink. Hope that changes your thoughts on why u got banned. Also sorry for your ban.

There are 0 pictures you can show that will support that you weren't scripting. Scripts send extra traffic over the wire making it easy for riot to separate scripters from non. They are the only ones with the data to prove you were.
