Rank games and trolls

Everyone hates trolls. I think there should be a no tolerance rule for these individuals. Rank games are for individuals that desire to climb and play in a environment that is competitive and fair. So I propose this for any troll players that decide to ruin anyone's games and there desire to climb ranks. If anyone has a care about the community and the game environment, expand your thoughts, supports, and ideas in this thread. Hopefully it'll make a difference.
