Major spike in queue dodging...

So I am sure I can't be the only experiencing a huge spike in queue dodging in ranked over the past 4-5 days. I go through champ select 2-3 times per game I actually get in to. This is not just a major annoyance and time sink, it counts against your Autofill Protection. At first I thought maybe it was client issues others were having, but I have seen many many times where someone gets their favorite champ banned so they drop.

Any idea why this seems to be happening more and more? Is there something that can be done about it? Maybe longer lockouts if you drop from champ select?
