You know it's interesting, I tried to tank my account from Silver to Iron for a couple weeks after Iron was released. I did everything short of straight trolling and inting. I first timed a few champs, play champs that I just can't play if my life depended on it, I tried troll builds and troll runes, I experimented with different builds. I had to give up. I couldn't sink anywhere below Bronze 3 60 or so LP. I say this to you so that you recognize just how bad Bronze players are. I couldn't lose enough in Bronze, even when I tried. I would have to straight up int and run it down to lose a lot of games in Bronze, something I refused to do. Even when doing troll shit, I was playing to win expecting I'd be punished by the enemy team for my questionable plays, items ect. And guess what is my real rank....not Plat or Diamond. Just a lowly Silver player.
Long and short of it is that it is your fault. As I've said, I tried to lose games in Bronze and couldn't do it. I'd always end up climbing back up. So if your losing that many games in Bronze it is your fault.
I see you've been playing some kind of AD Sion troll shit. While even that can work in Bronze, you usually have to be far more skilled to make shit like that work consistently. Just stick close to the meta. You want to build AD so bad just pick a real AD champ.
I'll be real with you, it doesn't take that much to get climb in Bronze and if you can't, it means you haven't begun learning the game yet. Seek some basic knowledge about the game and try to apply it. I find Bronze players to be most weak in the lane phase. Start there. Look up shit that will help you learn how to lane better. Being able to lane better than your average Bronze player would win you most of your games in Bronze. You'd get fed and hard carry 60% of your games in low Bronze to low Silver just by understanding how to lane properly.
