Everybody in this community has something this game can improve on, if it's not for the community it is a part of the gameplay.
but in 5+years i have been playing this game i feel completely ignored and i know that many other people find that to be the case aswell. for crying out loud, we dont even have a way to contact the people who work on this game, to share our concerns.
why doesnt riot listen to the people that makes them a reality?
I feel heard. I am someone who tends to be quite vocal in matters that matter to me.
I can say on several occasions, all very recent, that Rioters (Reds), Arbiters, Player Support and all of us who love this game are paying very close attention.
I'm waiting on a Plat player I met yesterday to log on for his daily matches. I met him while leveling a smurf, a sad and desperate attempt to get Gravelord Azir. Set myself up a second account to use as a ranked smurf for when I place Silv 5 and get bumped to Bronze hell...
The guy promised me he would gift me Gravelord on my main, if I went back to playing ranked. These are the players we need to keep around.
Riot is also a business. Business is never as straight forward as you would think. They are listening though, I can vouch for that.
Riot listens to the community better than most gaming companies (in my opinion). The thing is, it's very hard for a company to listen to one specific player. Instead, Riot "listens" to the community as one aggregate/whole. Any specific voice may not get heard but the collective voice typically does with Riot.

Riot definitely listens. They just don't LISTEN listen. They'll hear the words, but it'll just go through the other ear because our opinions don't matter. If it did, we wouldn't be playing Dynamic Queue.
