How do I calm nerves while playing LoL?

I'm a long time support main and recently have wanted to play champions that have the potential to carry games. I have recently picked up Akali. In lane and in 1v1 do do pretty well, but when it comes to teamfighting, I get really excited and my heart rate shoots up and I find myself basically spamming/facerolling my abilities. Any tips to stay calm in team fights and throughout the game in general?

pick tryn and never team fight. It should get you to at least gold 5 and calm your nerves.

Breathing and focusing on whats happening around you, its a skill you develop while playing, first you really only focus on yourself, later you learn to focus on yourself and another player, then you learn to focus on everything. Don't look at everything but just keep focus on whos focusing you and yourself.

The rush fades over time when you play the game. Try looking more at the whole teamfight when it happens and not just you're champion, you'll relax a little more and play as if you are team fighting rather than fighting in a team.

Lol this happens to me all the time but only when I am ADC. The kiting is so nerve racking. And it always comes down to like being 1 or 2 hits away from death, so it's just a rush and I sometimes almost have anxiety from it. I have to like think about breathing when it's over and calm down cuz my heart is racing.

stop playing the game altogether and youll not have to worry about calming your nerves over this again. go play Players unknown , that game is WAYYY less stressful in the of team fights or even flamers
