Banned want to challenge it but need help.

Hey everyone, so to start off let me say a little about myself. I've been playing the game since season two and I started playing competitively around that time as well, earning either platinum or gold each season since. Now I play a decent amount until recently when I was banned over MMRboosting, something I have never done.

As with almost any game, riot does allow you to challenge the ruling, okay cool I'm ready to challenge whatever accusations that they have against me. The problem is they won't let me see what evidence is being used against me to show that I am in fact MMRboosting, because it would "compromise their investigation methods". Now i don't have a law degree but, I'm pretty sure in order for me to prove my innocence i would have to in fact know what they are using against me to claim that I am in fact breaking the rules and MMRboosting.

If its someone logging into my account and playing then my account has been compromised and riot has let this go by without doing anything to protect it, meaning that my credit card information is perfectly at risk and they aren't concerned with it being stolen. If they think I boosted someone don't you think I would be a higher ELO then stuck in plat 5? I have over like 500 games played at low plat levels. If i was paying to be boosted I would go to be boosted to an actual tier that isn't any where nearly as troll as plat 5 like diamond 2 or something but instead I'm stuck in what I can only imagine is described in Dante's inferno as one of the worst levels of hell. I don't have any insane win rates on champions, I'm a pretty overall average player being accused of something I didn't do.

So I ask now since I have no clue what is actually being used to accuse me of MMRboosting, how am I expected to present evidence that I have not MMRboosted?

TL;DR Got banned, went to challenge, wont be provided any evidence to challenge but am more then welcome to try anyways. What do?

If I were you I'd try to get ahold of a Red in a support ticket. Try to talk to them on a personal level but it may take a few back and forths to actually get someone to really read what you're saying.

HAS someone logged into your account and played games?

Just as a friendly tip, nobody would actually do this unless you let them, or they were actually stealing stuff. It's like someone breaking into your house and vacuuming the floor without taking anything.

That sucks bro :( ive seen a post about a diamond guy whos smurf got perma banned for scripting. He was playing at a level with people under level 30 and he was dodging every skillshot by sidestepping (whih any half decent player can do just fine) but the bronze noobs thought there was no explanation for him dodging so well that they reported him. Insta perma ban. That account has been unbanned (one of the only times an account has been unpermabanned) but the fact remains that riots ban system is rly flawed. They cant watch the game? So somebody can be really nice in chat while feeding intentionally and the rioters don't know what to believe.
