Permanently Banned for this?
I was permanently banned after 7 years and over 3000 games played. I had spent a couple hundred dollars purchasing skins, runepages, runes, the odd champion etc. I have never been banned or suspended for any reason in any game and I've played games like Ultima Online, World of Warcraft, Planetside 2, Dirty Bomb, Fractured Space, Team fortress, Archeage, SWTOR. Wildstar EA NHL, Rocket League etc etc. I only play online games. I've never hack, scripted or exploited any game. I don't tell people to "KYS" and I'm not a racist or prejudice person nor would I ever say anything racist or prejudice ever to anyone. I could be teamed up with the biggest jerk in the game and it would never stop me from trying to make a play to save that person in a team fight or help them them out during the match.
The reason I was given by RIOT when I logged into my account was "extremely inflammatory and offensive". I immediately sent in a ticket to the support team. The first person I spoke with told me I was banned for that exact reason. The chat log was only of 1 game and it was very short, about 20-30 lines of text which could be typed in less then a minute. That game lasted 25 mins. My jungler was being a jerk and kept coming to my lane to push my wave out after I had repeatedly asked him to stop. He then called me a "c.u.n.t." and I responded calling him a loser. I sent in another ticket and spoke with another riot employee. He told me he would review and speak with his "team". He later responded saying I WAS NOT banned for "extremely offensive behavior" like the reason I was first given and that I was being banned for "arguing" with a teammate and that i had been reported multiple times. I asked for the chat logs to these other reports. Every time I spoke with someone at RIOT a different person would later respond. I ended up with 4 different RIOT employees responding to that 1 ticket that I had submitted. This frustrated me because it was clear that they weren't reading what I had previously wrote nor would they provide the proper answers to my questions. I had to be persistent and it took me just over and week to finally get someone to send me the chat logs. They were neglecting to help me get answers and even closed the ticket on me. I was really annoyed when I read the chat logs they had sent me because it wasn't really all that bad.

You cant see what the jungler is saying but he is calling me a bunch of names and our ADC was trying to calm it down. Most of the chat is me talking to the adc , clearly i'm tilted and it's not the best look for.. I had gotten a string of games with toxic players and I had enough. I was playing on a laptop I rarely use and I wasn't comfortable on the keyboard (I type fast).

These are all word for word. I didn't leave anything out and I have the screenshots saved of the conversation.
Again you cannot see what the other players are saying to me or the context of the game. In those 4 chat logs the only thing I say is "are you dumb". Which is stupid but really not very serious. I'm getting blamed or trolled in almost all those games and these players are looking for a reaction from me. 99% of the time I never say anything in the chat log except "gg" at the end of game. In 3000 games plus and over 6000 hours played in a period 7/8 years. This is what I'm being permanently banned for which is completely ridiculous by even the most sissy standards.
The worst part about this is that the RIOT employees told me I could just make another account and start again. Basically telling me it's okay to be "toxic" if willing to spend money again. Which is unfair. I guess wealthy people who enjoy the game can just do whatever they want if they keep bringing in the cash. The game is expensive and/or insanely grindy as it is and I can't imagine ever spending another dime on a RIOT Games product after today, seeing as how they have treated me after all this time.
