Hacker scripted on my account?

A few days ago I was banned for 3rd party programs. I have not scripted ever while playing League of Legends and I also had not played in multiple days prior to getting this email, so naturally I sent a support ticket saying I have not scripted. I have still not received anything in response to that. When I sent the ticket I said I have never used 3rd party programs, but in looking at what is considered 3rd party programs I have, such as the curse and discord overlay as well as elophant, and also while using a friends computer he used custom skins so I suppose that was in my history as well. But over all the last few games played on my account according to my match history were not even me, so I think my account information got out to someone. I know this isn't the place to get anything fixed, but I just want to know what to do.
