What do you do when your bestfriend gets banned :c
Just the other day my friend got banned for using 3rd party programs but im sure if he knew it violated the toc he wouldnt use it... any suggestions or can I never play with my best friend?

Your friend can always start a new account, but he definitely needs to remove the program and probably do a clean install of his client so it's not detected while playing it and gets banned again.
Tough break friend. I'll play Civ while you get your new account to level 30. Oh and don't forget to remove the program and remove and reinstall the client afterwards.
In almost every game even remotely similar to this, using 3rd party programs apart from replay.gg and similar are bannable offences because it is considered cheating and it takes the fun out of those playing with or against that account. Auto aiming, Scripting, etc make it not fun to play against those people but are still outplayable. If they are using a bot program to do games for them, than its almost always very noticable the lack of skill someone has especially if they play almost exactly like a bot.
Overall, your friend likely knew it wasnt allowed. They just didnt care.
Also, best suggestion is get a new best friend for league, either that or that friend of yours is gonna be starting back from level 1 and doing it the hard way climbing back up.

Thats the thing ik he doesnt scrip or any bs like that or we might not be so stupidly tilted sometimes thank you though for asuming what the true cause was. I think it was likely a bad mob he installed so many i told him not to bored with over 200 for skyrim :c
