I think there was a mistake perma-ban made on my league of legends account

My league of legends account has just received a permanent ban from the league of legends. At the time of the ban, I did not have any chat restrictions, and I believe I was living my life according to the summoner's code. This account is very important to me, because I had an extensive amount of e-hunnies located on my friends list. Some of these very important summoners may never be recovered. I also had things that were very dear to my heart such as traditional lee sin, dragon fist lee sin, dragon fist lee sin chromas, (my personal favorite) muay thai lee sin, pool party lee sin, skt t1 lee sin, and knockout lee sin. I also had memories from a lost time where I was relatively decent at this game such as Triumphant Ryze. And finally, the 505k lee sin points that I put blood sweat and tears on my keyboard for will never be recovered as of now.

I truly believe this perma ban was unjustified, as I try to treat everyone on the rift how i'd like to be treated. Any information or investigation into the permanent ban would be greatly appreciated.
