You've got to be joking

So in the past I've gotten a 2 week ban before which is fine I accepted it Went through the punishment waited the 3 months of "reforming" so I can earn hextech and mastery tokens again. So I wasn't doing well in a game I just played so I just started messing around with the other players just trolling etc, we still won even, and I didnt even say anything toxic? like wtf? and out of nowhere the fkin BAN HAMMER STRIKES DOWN WITH NO LETTING UP and Im perma banned, I was pretty sure you went through 4 stages of restrictions, you start out with 10 restrictions go to 15, then if youre still toxic get a 2 week ban and after that perma. Well I reformed, and I should have enough clear games where I havent been reported and I Haven't gotten a restriction or even played around in games for 3 months straight THREE MONTHS WORTH OF PLAYING TIME EVERY DAY FOR AT LEAST 3 HOURS A DAY. And I decide to mess around in one game and I get permanently banned? I understand I got reported but I havent been punished in a long ass time, I have no chat restrictions, and no 2 weeks for a while Ive been reformed I even got hextech loot back and if you've been restricted you know it takes A long time because you have to completely reform so why the hell am I being permanently banned for one game? I LIterally got told that I was "A waste of blood & air" by LeBlanc and I wasnt even upset like Im so mad right now theres no reason for me to be banned. >:(
