Really? All you need to do is after the game, find this 6 tears guy, check his match history, screenshot it, and sent it directly to riot support under General questions. Chances are, they'll ban the guy if he's doing this as much as you say he is. Bring it to their attention personally, BUT don't expect to be notified of any actions taken, and don't follow the guy around for 6 months crying about it. I've used Riot support for extremely vulgar or detrimental cases, and they've always said they'd look into it. I've seen people post things on the board asking why the person wasn't banned and sometimes a Rioter will comment and say "yea, we banned the guy, thanks for letting us know." But remember, it has to be pretty damn obvious.
Riot makes you jump through hoops to get people banned for this but call a feeder a worthless player and you can expect a chat restriction easy... Shitty player moderation systems OP
