i created a thread in another forum, guess it wasn't the right forum. I am wondering why i got perma banned when i only had one temp ban of 2 weeks, never had chat restriction, and did not get another warning after my last one. I did not excessively curse at my team, and only retaliated (yes i understand i shouldn't retaliate when my team flames me but its hard not to). But how does one temp ban and no chat restrictions result in a perma ban? I don't understand how i can be perma'd with only 1 warning. I would honestly just like an explanation for this. Getting flamed by my team results in no action done to them yet i get my account that i poured money into and bought every champ and runes and whatnot into banned forever, just makes no sense to me whatsoever. please riot, all i want is an explanation. and don't give me some bullshit PR stunt explanation, i want a real one that tells me why these toxic people i get placed with in ranked get to continue to play, while i have to now sit on the sidelines and do nothing.

14 day bans are the final warning before getting permabanned. How severe the offense is doesn't matter at that point. The reason 14-day bans are the final warning is the because they typically are already the third strike. In your case, you skipped the chat restrictions. Without chatlogs I can't really judge whether that was justified.

If people flame you and don't get banned, it's likely because they either individually do not flame that frequently, or they are at the point where they still get chat restrictions, instead of bans. After all, your case itself shows that obviously people get punished for toxic behaviour.

whatever. let riot continue to let the true toxic players continue to flame and rage and lose games for people while people like me get upset about them trolling in game and yell at them for it. its fine. Just shows that riot is a bad company that cant truly manage toxicity.

how do i get a "final warning" without any prior warnings? that just makes 0 sense, should there not be a FIRST warning then a final? just seems like riot doesnt give a fuck about people trolling and look for people that curse in games and ban off that. pretty good strategy if you ask me, ill be sure to flame the fuck out of my teams on my next account and just not swear that way i dont get banned.

Really quite simple. RIOT wants money. The more accounts they ban the more people buy RP to replenish new accounts. Just make a new account but make sure to never use real money to purchase anything. You win, RIOT loses.
