and my own team mate banned him. ik lots of ppl hate him but thats no excuse from some one else from playing him. he is my only m7 champs and i enjoy playing him. i still carried that game playing

The ban phase mechanic is considered to be more important (i.e. higher priority) than the pick phase mechanics, and for good reason (you can't have the ban phase after the pick phase, it wouldn't make sense). As such, it is permissible for anyone to ban any champion they want to, and they don't have to justify it to you. It may suck if it feels like they did it to spite you, but keep in mind that in a draft pick game, you're expected to know how to play more than one champion and not necessarily get your preferred role/champ. The best way to ensure you get to play your champion is in blind.
I main teemo, and I NEVER pre-select him, because a lot of people have an irrational hatred of him, and will troll ban him. I RARELY have teemo banned if I don't preselect him. The best way to stop jerk bans is tonot preselect. I know this might result in sub-optimal team comp, but it's the only way to prevent jerks from banning your champ on purpose.
