Please remove the long "penalty" for dodging queues in ranked

alright so this happens pretty much every single night.

You get into a queue, and a guy gets autofilled sinse we dont have the option to accept we get a longer queue time for securing a roll we prefere to play. What happens next is, the guy starts out trolling and do troll picks, i'm talking diamond 4-5 MMR and plat 1-2 rank here. Yet people are acting like idiots.

Why is it, i have to get punished multible ways. If i pick the game, where he goes ahri support and says he wants to lose the game then i lose IP - If i dodge, i get punished with 30 minutes queue time. Can we people have the option to either agree with long queue times and 100 % secure we can play the lane we like. A simple "Tick" would be enough to mark if u agree to this. or - remove the rediculous long wait time for dodging games. it happens in a huge amount of games when people gets autofilled.
