I was just in a match of bronze and then this dude who is claiming to be riot kept tell me I sucked and im bronze your getting carried they told me they was going to ban me and was instanly ban after that game after the dude harassed me the entire game he was dcing and I told him he caused us the match he got but hurt and ban me it was for real a riot member inant perm ban

However, these are provided by the Instant Feedback system, so if you were banned directly by a Rioter you won't get chat logs with it.

*EDIT also pretending to be a riot employee and threatening bans is in it's self a perma bannable offense.

I could say anyone is a rioter that wouldn't make it true.
If you were trash talking then that is what caused your ban. Bans are often handed out immediately after a game. You should have an email with the chat logs from that game and if you relog into league you may be able to see a couple more
Deep Terror Nami1 votesIf you provide their name in your Support Ticket it will likely be investigated. That kind of behavior from a Riot member could get them fired; not just the harassment, but more specifically the abuse of power.
Have you had prior punishments, btw? If you got off a 14 day account ban within the last 3 months, a permaban was your next punishment already.

However, without the logs, we dont have a way to judge you.
And it could have been a hacker, possibly using your ip address and sending a false flag to the server :/ and if they go "Hey im a rioter worship me bitch" They're lying, and should be ignored
And as for the ban, riot support will help you put, and if it IS an employee who did this, theyll be fired and you'll propably get your pick at whatever champion and skin in the game you want.

Retaliation is not allowed. You should ignore/mute them and report them at the end.

If you don't want to mute them then you need to find a way to ignore their crap yourself. Report them at the end and they will get theirs. The same system that just punished you evaluates their behavior.
You should also know that punishments escalate for repeated offenses so if you were just 14 day banned your next punishment will be a permanent ban.

They have a set punishment escalation path for repeat offenses:
Severe offenses skip straight to 14 day and permanent bans.
This is how they treat people who break the rules, regardless of how long they have played or how much money they have spent.

Tract1 votesPost your reform card, I SERIOUSLY doubt you where innocent and then got banned. Most likely you said much more than that "he caused us the match", and where significantly more toxic. Also, it is seriously possible it wasn't actually a Rioter at all. Just post your reform card, there's absolutely nothing that can be done from a story that you tell, we need to see your logs, you could be flat out lying, although I like to give the benefit of the doubt.
