I had a queue with half of the people in the queue threatening to throw the game so I dodged and took a screenshot of it before the game happened. I don't know how to report a summoner w/o using the report system that is used after the game is played. Can someone tell me how? I looked at the support riot post and it says nothing about reporting before a game starts.

I dont think the game registers pre game chat logs of games that get dodged, so there's nothing you can do without screenshots
I really would know that too. I play in silver elo (i have no problem with that, i know I belong to silver/gold) and 7/10 of my game is with a troll who ruin orthers game in ranked or ragequit the game. And the truth is, players dont intersted in reporting each others cuz they dont get any penalty, or go to the secon account and laugh.... Thats why I ask the exact adress to report players who ruin others game for fun. They should be banned from ranked games, shouldnt allowed in bronze too. Theese kind of players do the same with every account so slowly can remove them from ranked games.... And the enemy.... they just laugh at us cuz the free win....So they also not report the trolls....
