Banned for scripting/hacking

I'm at a lost at what to do here. I've been on hiatus from the game for numerous personal reasons. But yesterday I received an e-mail stating that my account is now permanently banned for utilizing hacks/scripts/whatever. At first I thought this was a joke because I haven't logged in the game for several months now (Haven't played a match in 2 years but recently reinstalled the game in anticipation to play it a few months back) I tried to log in but my usual passwords where a no go. So had to change my password and then I logged in. Smacked with the your account has been banned message. I sent in a ticket to you guys yesterday and pretty much told the same story including the fact that I won't be getting my account back, I'm extremely frustrated. I've been a dedicated player for 6+ years now and would never risk my account like that for a permanent vacation.

I'm at a lost at what to do.
